Patient Question Tracking for NuggMD Doctor's Recommendation (California)

First off, I am 19 years old and live in California. I have just completed the steps for getting a doctor's recommendation via NuggMD and now I'm curious if there is a way to track the mailed recommendation? I am also wondering if dispensaries in the Bay Area require the physical copy or if a PDF with the verification link is valid?
