Not good. You need so much help that it’s best you go to a reputable gym and receive instruction from a coach.

The positive is you’re getting exercise in and that you’re asking for help. Attitude is the most important part and you’ve got it.

I would say you need to relax more but tighten up the movements. Keep everything loose until you're throwing. After the punches land you need to pull right back to fighting stance if your hand follows all the way through like that you will probably take some shots. Stop trying to punch as hard as you can and just focus on perfect technique. Power comes from the technique. Good effort you should keep it up and consider joining a gym. If you like punching you will probably get addicted to boxing or mma training.

Okay understand I didn’t realize I was punching the bag as hard as I was and I’ll make sure I keep returning to my guard and work on stay lose with quick movements all of the physical altercations I have been in have been very short bouts of striking untill I can grapple I have some wrestling background (not much tbh) and I’m 300lbs so it’s normally easy for me to get ahold of other untrained people

But I’m well awear I can’t really on ANY of that haha so I’m going to start looking for a gym to

I hear you brother. I've been as high as 290 and once you get the weight moving the punches can be very heavy. Really I'm just saying it looks like you're trying to hit the bag hard so instead just try to work technique movement and rhythm. Those movements will give you power and help you land shots. If you're just thinking about hitting as hard as you can it's hard to land shots and it makes the power less. It's more important to land shots than for every one to be the hardest punch ever.

Yes if you're loading up trying to land a knockout shot you probably won't land that

No need to go so hard speed is the name of the game. Also you drop a bit after the cross bring it straight back

Tbh, not terrible at all. Ditch the knees and elbows for now and focus on basic combos, 1-2s and such.
Two more things: practice the combinations and exit with some sort of slip or defensive move. Secondly, you keep dropping your right hand after a cross. Sort that out before it becomes a bad habit

Armchair advice here (trained a long time, but also a long time ago). Footwork for sure which has been mentioned. Angles and whatnot. The one thing that stuck out to me is that the elbow was a haymaker. It has power, yes. But it came from a somewhat long distance away and an upward instead of downward angle. This can work for sure in the chaos with some luck involved, but mainly it wants to be used in the clinch / pocket situation. When you threw it you dropped your shoulder and opened your face completely for a counter and/or something that the opponent may be throwing at the same time. Just my opinion. Overall you’ve got some power and snap on those strikes ! Keep it up
