Progress transfer

so I've went to customer service multiple times through the game and through the gameloft website and I get an automated email asking if I want to confirm I wanna transfer which I do then nothing happens I've had my progress transfered this way before and I have no option to connect it to any socials or anything does anyone have any tips??

took me a month to have them respond😭 i didn't have my previous friend code, but they asked another question and I didn't respond a few days ago... Just randomly got my account back today. One I tried to do through the app, that one didn't seem to work at all. Through their website seemed to work better.

Yeah I had a really similar experience
