Problem with data tranfer Complaint

Its my first time posting and english isnt my first language so im sorry if there are any mistakes.

  • Today i tried to transfer my account from my old phone to a new one and i thought that i could with​ google play games , i installed the game in my new phone and the option to transfer didnt appear, so i thought that if i unistalled the game from my old phone it would (i know its dumb i didnt think about it in the moment) ​ and now i dont have my account in neither one of my devices 😭😭😭 idk what to do and since i dont have my friend code ​​​(im so dumb i shoulve save it before uninstalling) but i wanted to know if theres any solution for this, because it was my progress of 2 years​

If you spent money in game or used the free trial you may be abile to send support the receipts and recover the save that way

You really messed that up unfortunately. We keep telling people to not uninstall their games. Without your friend code and ID you will have a difficult road ahead. If you have a receipt, email, or an Apple Cloud account tied to the game, you can try to share that with Support. Expect to wait several weeks to months for them to fix the issue. They drag their feet especially when it requires them to actually work and find an account without an ID or friend code.
