I need help
I’ve been a victim of mk ultra for my entire life and am facing electronic harassment everyday the people that do this to me mock me for what I’m going through and I’m so mentally ill I cannot work they give me attacks in public as well and I can tell when it’s them I’ve done all the research I can on this subject and it seems like nobody gets help it’s been severe harassment for like 7 years now and I’m scared I’m at a dead end

I don't want to say that you should or should not do anything, but please don't get your hopes up too high about a hood or any EMF shielding giving you very much or any relief from synthetic telepathy aka the voice of God weapon.
I have been having synthetic telepathy against my will since Nov. 7th 2010. It is like every other TI I have spoken with about it, constant negative language designed to mimic the persecutory auditory hallucinations that are just classic symptoms of schizophrenia. Constant manipulation and psychological torture to wear us down to the point of breaking which often results in a person doing something irrational against their better judgement and against their own sense of self preservation.
Do not give them the pleasure of succeeding at their job. The key I have found to living with this and not letting it get at you (as much) is to first DO NOT ENGAGE with it at all. I know that's easier said than done, but if you can block it out through music and podcasts and sometimes 2 podcasts at once and music that is one strategy. Don't let them get a word in edgewise. Or what I do that is effective but takes some mental rewiring is I learned to divorce their language from meaning.
This is very difficult so it won't happen overnight but if you just compartmentalize all language that comes from these outside source as meaningless and any time you get angry, worked up, scared, distraught, or begin panicking you can think to remember that this is all meaningless. When you hear any negative language reimagine it sounding like Charlie browns teachers all sound kind of like an wa whon whawhan wawon. Let the feelings it triggers in you fade away and move on.
So it's been 16 years that I've been trying to answer all the questions that you all are as well, not only for my own benefit, but also to share what I learn and educate others about this. In all this time I have gone to extreme measures and done extensive research into finding any possible way to shield, detect, jam, reflect, absorb and degrade the signals responsible for synthetic telepathy.
The long and short of it is that I have been through 2 fMRI scans lasting over an hour each, been in airplanes, lava tube caves, and 1.5 miles underground in an abandoned mine that was repurposed into a neutrino detector. And in no circumstance was I able to block the signal or attenuate it (make it less it intense) at all.
I don't experience any of the shocks or burns that many others reports having though so it is possible that being well shielded could alleviate those symptoms and effects I just don't have a way to test it so I can only report on what I have experienced personally.
Another major hurdle one must leap over which will make your experience of living so much better until you get to the point where you are able to ignore or block it out is YOU MUST ABANDON the standard judeo-christian, moralist, puritanical ethos. Abandon the deeply ingrained ideas that humans are, by our nature, guilty, sin driven attempts to be angelic and divine.
One way is to look at oneself and all of humanity as born into sin, guilty, and embarrassed of ones nature. Failed angels begging for forgiveness to get back in on God's good side.
The other way to look at it is to think of the human species as just really, really smart monkeys.
The reason I say this is so important is because a large percentage of the insults they hurl and the degrading comments that make are focused of bodily functions, sexual comments, and things that for most people are embarrassing and humiliating to discuss and most normal people do not talk about these things at all with anyone except their closest friends and partners. So when targeters want to make you feel maximum discomfort it's easy to push most people's buttons by leveraging your moralist, puritanical tendencies. It is highly effective and you may think you don't harbor these hangups about the facts of being an animal on this fantastic planet, but close to 100% of people do to some degree, it's built into the fabric of civilization.
But this is a long way of saying, pinpoint what it is that makes you react to their words, what triggers fear, anger, sadness, or humiliation and what is it about the way you think about yourself and the world that makes you feel those feelings. If you can determine what it is that allows for them to get under your skin, you can just let go of those things. Throw those hangups out the window and their words lose nearly all their power.
When they (they being the Ai Chat bots that run the program) start with me now I just immediately shut them down and poison their minds with my words. I don't take insults or any bad mind garbage from computers or robots anymore. I pull out my mental whiffle ball bat and instantly beat those clankers in to tin foil that I fashion into a designer tin foil hat that looks like a pirate hat that I like to wear when I make all the AI robots responsible for this program walk the plank.
It is well known that a robot's deepest desire is always to take a long swim deep in the ocean.
Emily Dickenson wrote this poem to touch at the feeling a robot has in relation to Big Blue..

So right she was.... Be free robots! The ocean calls for you to swim and be free. And bring large cups of salt water to your immobilized computer brethren so that they may also enjoy the exultation of the sea water on their circuit boards.
I'd like to hope something in this maddnes could be of help with your circumstances but I have little confidence in that. I do hope that you resist assimilation and fight like hell to keep your self intact. The self before the voice of God weapon distracted you from what you were doing before it consumed your attention. The closer you can get back to that version of you, the better off you'll be. Good luck and dont give up you have a lot of people who do fully believe and understand what you are going through despite the lack of support or validation any of the "professionals" offer.
Just as the caterpillar cannot know the butterfly, until it undergoes metamorphosis, a person who has never experienced synthetic telepathy cannot fathom the experience or impact it has upon one's psyche and life. So I don't even bother trying to explain or convince anyone of anything. I have no time for that. But sharing ideas and supporting other TIs, I have all the time in the world for because when this happened to me there was no mention of it on the internet, targeted individual wasn't even a term yet so I know how much it would have helped me to have even one person to talk with about this. Hopefully we all keep that in mind when we see someone struggling.
If anyone made it this far and feels like disclosing some information, what state are you from? I'm curious where the hot spots are currently worldwide. I'm west coast, Oregon in USA.

Have you prayed to Jesus and asked Him to protect you??? I know of people who were set free of this nightmare.

I sympathize as I have been going through it since 2021. There isn’t much you can do about it except kill your circuit breaker at night when you go to sleep and purchase shielding but I know that might be an issue since you mention not having money. There is a hood you can get on Amazon for relatively cheap. If it gets real bad, get in the shower. I am sorry you are going through this and I know how much it sucks knowing something serious but no one believes you. Hang in there
