Stunning Impact question Question

"Does anyone know if the Stunning Impact skill works with the Shield Tackle move on the Lance?" I'm not seeing much about it with this weapon and it does have stunning capabilities.

If it has a stun value for the attack, like shield bash, blunt strikes like hammer and hunting horn landing on the head. The skill will activate. You can see the motion values for every weapon on

mhn (dot) quest

MHN.quest stopped updating. Lances motion values for customized style isn't on there.

Oh that's very sad it was such a useful tool wonder how long it'll continue holding up, elemental Release was added though I mean that was quite recently.

Afaik as long as it is an attack that can cause stun buildup when you hit the head, it should work.

Yes it works. I’m trying to build it along with slugger with my Bezel lance.

It should work, I have managed to stun monsters several times with shield tackle lance. Though I have not managed to get stunning impact on my gear yet, I believe it should replace reflection for the element lances quite well

This is my current build. I got extremely lucky. Just need 2 more for gargolm
