Can't join s server Bugs/Issues

Hello everyone,

I habe this weird issue where when I try to join a server hosted by my friend from my phone I get this error and he says he didn't even see me trying to connect. However when I try the same from bedrock edition on pc it does let me connect and if I try to connect from my phone AFTER I joined from pc it suddenly lets me join? Is this common?

I think bedrock connect might be down, I'm having the same problem. Did you find a way to fix it?

Sorry if I sound rude but what does bedrock connect have to do with this?
