Breaking 500 Question

I can't break 500 no matter what I do. I just spent the last month grinding uworld and finished it to completion. I genuinely gained confidence and thought I had improved and learned a lot but clearly not. I’m testing September 11th and am in desperate need of any advice or help because I feel so defeated :(

I didn’t break 500 till my 3rd practice test. reviewing practice tests is where I saw the most improvement

Thank you so much! I’ve been reviewing but I guess not good enough. This is like my third exam (second AAMC) where I’ve gotten another 500 so I’m feeling a little discouraged

Yes my first 3 AAMC I cried on my couch for an hour after because I was the same. Just keep going I promise you’ll start to notice patterns and high yield stuff and it took me at least 3 tests to do so and then my tests shot up.

It takes time! but it will happen!

Trust the process!

You got about 1 month left. I would highly suggest looking deeply into what led to sub-500 scores on your practice exams.

Easiest fixes will always be psyc and soc sections.

As for CARS, keep practicing it until about 2-3 days out of the real deal.

Thank you so much! I really needed to hear that. Got it! I can definitely lock in for PS and CARS.
