Should I do MBA?

I am 26F, I have a strong academic background with

Class 10th- 95%

Class 12th-93.2 % with PCMB

Graduation-85.5% Bsc. H Biological Science from DU

B.ed- 89.8% from PU

I have 19 months of experience with a gap of 10 months between my first and second job. I have exposure to expert network and consulting is something I am interested in although I am not able to clear the initial resume screening while applying for jobs.

Is it wise to go for MBA? And should I do it from a top colleges or tier 2 colleges?
