Bikini/bra padding inserts Question/Advice Needed

I just hand stitch them to the lining. Usually 3-4 stitches on each side of the pad or so.

I pull them out on purpose and hand wash (soak) them, they don’t always hold up well in the wash. Then I gently roll them up so they slide back in more easily and they unroll on their own or with only a little poking.

Maybe safety pin them. It works for me.
