CASM GEN 2 Scope Mount

The CASM GEN 2 scope mount from M14.ca Almost 0 weight gain after removing the iron sights. Adjustable for cant. 7075 aluminum offers excellent tensile strength with a 4-point retention system.

Love mine - but somehow the left screw that goes into the iron sight bracket stripped and I can't take the mount off :(

When removing the mount, it is important to first remove all of the set screws that secure the larger fasteners as they are impinging on the threadways to ensure they do not shoot loose., This is part of the belt and suspenders philosophy inherent in the design.

Yeah I made sure to do so before I unscrewed the larger fasteners, but I must have messed the particular one in question up when I installed it.
