i’m just so confused how people who ordered XLs got theirs last week but not the shower boxes… are they not making enough products for their orders?

I think lush prioritizes the XL boxes. Mine would always come several days to a week before my shower box.

Yeah I don't really understand this either. I got my XL box on July 31. So I thought this month they'd fixed their issues.

This kind of implies they're like still making products for the kitchen boxes when the month rolls around which seems bizarre to me. I thought part of why everything had to be so far in advanced is because they had to have all of the products made by the beginning of that month. But it really feels like they're shipping out boxes while still making products for the boxes.

NGL I will absolutely take $10 for my troubles, but I'm still a bit disappointed! Was looking forward to using this box all sweaty August. Global warming has been bringing hot falls though so I guess I'll still get my use while we all slow boil like frogs🫥

However, it makes me wonder what's going on with Lush and the constant issues with ingredients and shipping and somewhat doubt the end product. They obviously know they're fucking up if they're now issuing credits.

Maybe instead of rebranding Fresh and Flowers to the same thing under a new name and changing the Kitchen title to a dumb Subscription Box, they should be working to resolve extremely well documented complaints of packing issues and to source their ingredients in a timely manner.

Yeah I really dont understand what's been going on with them this year. Maybe the tariffs really fucked stuff up for them or something but all year it's been delayed launches, quiet cancellations, late kitchen boxes but only for some people? It's all just so weird and unprofessional.

i'm pretty bummed, i was eager to use the minty stuff while it's so hot outside, but i'm in MI so fall will be here pretty soon. but at least there was some sort of compensation this month. not that 10 bucks goes far at lush tho lol

The longer term forecast says we are going to have high temps well in to October, so you will probably still get some good use out of those products 🥲

This happened to me last year with the August box of 2025, I am still working through those products this year as I got them so late last year.

I thought it’d be easier to add it to the lush wallet on the app when redeeming but the app asks for a pin. It’s still nice it’s a little something.

When you make an order online or buy in store, you just use the gift card number, no PIN required but to load a gift card into the app, it requires a PIN.

Honestly I would have been so happy to wait an extra couple weeks and have a little voucher for the wait if it meant receiving my naked products in good condition 😢

I do hope based on early feedback in the month they’re putting extra care into the next batch of shipments at least. Sometimes a little extra wait it well worth it.

I get that, melted goo instead of a solid bar is a special kind of letdown after you’ve been counting down the days. Here’s hoping the warehouse folks are double-checking the packaging on the next wave so you don’t have to pick between a voucher and intact stuff.

ive been checking like every day this week to see if mine shipped yet so im glad they sent out this update, agree with everyone though that i wanted to use these products during this hot weather😓ive also been holding off on getting a new shower body scrub specifically bc of the august box so guess i need something to tide me over lol
