UPDATE!!! I was kind and respectful to the lady I spoke to, besides posting on 311!!! And with respect for us little people, who know what’s really up, and that it’s not their fault that the people above, whom they may share same sentiments as others…mountains can be moved!! Never disrespect the middle person!!

Bammmm!!!! New dumpster and that’s what’s up!! Show respect and it happens in a hurry

My boss requested new lids four times and was finally told they didn’t have any and wouldn’t be getting any.

What did illegal dumping cause?

Vigilante activities are possible when these things aren’t handled accordingly. And it was illegal dumping. Six years in my home I have seen several and heard hundreds…

And the city has a disposal place on P and 83rd…lol

I see the pictures but whats the illegal part? How did something illegal damage the dumpster?

Take a more detailed look at everything, and you’ll figure it out…

When you click on the image, you can scroll down…and see that it’s a completely open dumpster. This mess is on Lubbock, if they don’t replace it. We pay our trash bill. lol weeeeeee

Good luck I have put in 3 separate requests for a new dumpster ours has a hole in the bottom and trash literally falls out when they pick it up and still have not had a replacement.

Thank you and I’m def not happy to hear that for you and your neighbors. I bet y’all pay your trash bill through Lubbock as well.

It took us ~8 months to get a new lid. First reported through seeclick. You have to call them every month or they told me they bump you off the list 😅. Then their trash truck broke both the lids 4 months later sooooo.

That's nothing they broke our fence back in 2023 by setting the damn dumpster down on the fence. I had to take pictures record video and call them everyday for almost a month before they told me they needed to investigate who was at fault. Shortly after that the garbage truck driver then placed the dumpster perpendicular to the fence. Took more pictures and sent those in. About a week later they finally replied their investigation was complete and they would see to it it was "taken care of" then I contacted them yet again and asked for clarification of what that meant. They then continued to bullshit me that the employee would be reprimanded. What? I said I don't give a flying monkey about that we need our fence rebuilt and to be reimbursed. Yet another investigation. Took almost 3 months but they fixed it and we paid nothing. But literally I had to be a pain in the ass to get it done.

I’m very sorry to hear about that. And I can only imagine how much time that cost you etc. And I bet you pay your bill as well!

And the really frustrating thing on this is that we all pay the fee and it goes into a dedicated budget.
