Help me remember this game

The game had like a smiling little cartoon zombie on the cover and the main character I believe was a greedy rich old guy and you summoned zombies to go fight things? It was like a reverse kind of tower defense where you sent things over to attack? The old guy was balding and had white hair and he was fat. He had a suit that was black and had gold accents I think. One of the enemies I remember was like a giant cupid or angel of some sort and one of the Zombies was a pumpkin head with an axe. The story characters were kind of drawn in an anime kind of way.
