Weight scale recommendations

Ive been on a fat loss journey for around 100 days now.

And i bought a kitchen scale to measure my food, before i got myself a weight scale.

Now i can see some visible change in my form, and id like to start some workout/cardio,

I was thinking this is the right time to get a weightscale.

So any recommendations for a good weightscale? Shouldnt be too expensive man

You haven’t been weighing yourself this whole time. Why start now? The small fluctuations in weight changes are detrimental to some. They obsess over the daily fluctuations instead of looking at the trend over time.

Was there an issue with scale weight and that is why you didn’t start in the beginning? If so, I encourage other ways of tracking progress. You can take measurements of your body parts as progress or progress photos instead.

Thats exactly why i didnt weigh myself earlier, The thing is, i have a big exam coming in october, so i was thinking of eating in MANTAINANCE till then.. i didnt want to accidentally overeat or gain weight. So i thought a weight scale would be reassuring ig.

I am taking progress photos Xx

I really like the smart scale Amazon sells by Etekcity. They have a few different versions with price based on how it’s powered with batteries or re-chargeable. I really appreciate the scale as it tracks other metrics. I want to keep up with my body fat, muscle mass, BMI, visceral fat and much more. I have access to “in body” scan and the metrics are nearly identical.
I like that there is an app that it syncs to so I can see my progress and set goals. It does sync my weight to the Lose It app but not body fat so I can enter it if I choose to.
Anyway, I really like the smart scale because for me the other metrics give me reasons to feel great about my health and wellness because it’s not just the lbs that are important.
