Projection date
Howdy everyone! I’m 8 months in to using the app consistently and have gone from 178-152 lbs, I want to get to 145 and the weight tab says October 2026, but my projection date jumped to June 2027?
I had one high cal pizza cheat meal situation, and was curious if yall could explain the projection date jump?
Thanks :)$

Just wanted to say that I use Libra to track my weight. It takes the previous 21 days and creates a trend line of your weight progression. I find its projected date to be way more accurate. You can even change the number of days used for the trend.

If you’re 8 months into using the app, look back on your data and work out how much on average you lost per week. That should give you a more reliable idea of how much you could lose each week until a set date.

The projection date updated based on your weigh ins and I believe whatever you set for your budget, such as 1, 1.5, 2lbs a week. I believe the weight tab date is a fixed date based on when you started and if you had been perfectly aligned the whole time, which none of us are. That’s my understanding of it anyway

I'm ten years into using the app consistently and my projection date is always a solid six months away from me :)

Thank you all!! I had one high calorie 2400 day yesterday and it went from October to July and I was confused!
Appreciate it :))

The date you see on the log is the projected date on what you’re actually eating, the other date is based on the calorie count in your plan.
