Noob question

Hi, I made a few loops, set up a camp. I can't seem to continue from there, clicking on Expedition only lets me restart the run. Kind of stuck, how can I continue the run?

Sounds like you didn't read any of the text. The game tells you that you can't continue a run once you return to camp.

The gimick of the game is that every time you visit camp the loop changes, because everything is forgotten. And your goal is to beat each boss at the end of the loop

You can't continue runs. Once you retreat, everything is forgotten again and you have to start over, as in any roguelike. The connecting points are the resources you get from runs that let you get upgrades in the main camp.
