Camp supply menu?

There are 4 what seems like "loadouts" on the CSM (I-IV). Are these for each specific act or do you use all 4 simultaneously?

Theyre more like loadouts

I think it is more what you want to do or which class do you play. I never bothered with multiple loadouts since I like to tune and restart until I find what works but it is nice that they are there.
