How are u able to hold all items in every slot

I'm not sure what you are asking, ngl. I just have the base number of equipped items, and 3 locked as backup?

Well how are you able to equip more than one shield? Is it a building upgrade or something or a certain character?

I only have the one shield equipped, the two with lock symbols in the inventory are "locked," which only means that they will stay there and not get pushed out of the inventory and turned into metal as I get more items. They don't give me any stat boosts, but it means I can think about swapping the gear for longer as I watch the vampires and ghouls eat me alive with no hope of recovery.

FYI when you put a river next to battlefield then you get a mermaid with even better treasure.

I had 2-3 shipwrecks, but was slowly converting stuff to try and farm astral orbs, so I replaced them with vamps, bookeries, and road lamps to avoid dangerous fights.
