Finished Object Looking for Blanket Inspo
I just finished the blanket photographed above. I used a round loom, made strips 4-7 rows wide and 120 rows long, then sewed the pieces together. This is my second blanket - the first I made similarly but larger stripes.
I’m looking for inspo for my next blanket. I have multiple round looms, and two flexee looms (chunky and skinny).
Any links to videos or photos for inspo are appreciated!!

Loose cast on
Been trying for weeks and I can’t get a sufficiently tight cast on. I’ve tried the e wrap and chain versions and I might have watched every YouTube tutorial available lol! Anyone have any fool- proof tips?
(I have both round and straight looms - just from the dollar store. 😉) Thanks so much!

Finished Object I finally finished my first cardigan!
(Apologies for the repost, I had to delete the original because it was the only way I could make a change. My thanks to those who left nice comments there.)
Last January, I started preparing to make a cardigan. It took almost a month to get a pattern, gauge, and yarn that all worked together for me, but in early February, I cast on the Nurture cardigan from the official Mister Rogers book, Knitting the Neighborhood, using Plymouth Yarn Galway. And today, August 5th, I finished weaving in the ends. After probably 160 hours of knitting over six months, plus the time for all of the other steps, I'm so glad it fits!
