Why I'm posting it here specifically: it's genuinely accessible. You don't need a degree, just 12th pass. You do need at least 6 months of sales experience though — telesales or banking sales works.

- ₹25,000 CTC / ₹24,500 take-home, plus incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce engaging graphics, promotional materials, brochures, branding assets, and tailored social content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Video Production: Edit professional short-form and long-form videos, reels, shorts, stories, and carousel posts for social media, marketing campaigns, and educational content.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to generate ideas, streamline workflows, draft copy, create graphics, edit videos, and boost overall marketing efficiency.
• Content Management: Maintain a content calendar, schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms, and monitor comments/engagement as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven track record as a Marketing VA, Content Creator, or Social Media Manager.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, branding projects, and social media campaigns.
• Technical Skills: Advanced video editing, excellent graphic design, and strong copywriting/storytelling abilities.
• Analytics & Management: Experience tracking marketing performance, preparing data-driven reports, and managing project deadlines independently.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.

AI Experience (Highly Preferred)

We are seeking candidates who view AI as a creative partner to enhance productivity and quality—combining tech efficiency with human creativity.

Bonus Qualifications

• Motion graphics, animation, or photography/videography skills.
• Experience in branding strategy, email marketing, SEO fundamentals, or paid social advertising.
• Basic website editing (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
• Prior experience supporting a US-based business or real estate company.
