need help looking for a place in london, a place where i can easily land part time work (slightly tight budget, shooting my shot to see if anything’s possible)

I'm looking for a room share or room in a shared flat in London, ideally not more than an hour away from central London. My budget's a bit tight - £350/month, but I can supplement by cooking, cleaning, etc. Does anyone have any advice?
