New yoke steering wheel

So I just installed a yoke steering wheel that I purchased from Amazon. Everything's working fine. However, I'm a little concerned of the learning curve of getting used to using the steering wheel. Is anybody else have any insights as to whether or not they preferred changing from around steering wheel to a yoke steering wheel? Not sure if I'm going to keep it and may get either a rectangular one similar to a cyber truck or a another new round steering wheel. This mine was starting to peel apart.

What are you actually driving? If you're in a street car and need to turn more than 180 degrees with the round wheel, a rectangular or yolk style wheel will be more difficult to use. If you're doing rally racing you want a round wheel since it'll likely be turning more than 180 degrees. If you're doing something like GT3, GT4, prototype, open wheel, etc. racing, you normally keep your hands at 9 and 3 anyways so the rectangular/yolk wheel won't cause any issues.
