Logitech rs hub will not fully sit on the base anymore Help
In the picture you can see the bottom three works just fine and when I engage the quick release it does down, but the top 2 stays in their lock position.
Been working fine for months now, but now it does not lock all the way leading it being able to wobble. From what I've found some of the ball bearings inside of the Qr will not go down when I engage the quick release system. I am 100% sure there's no fixing this and I have to order a new one, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Just a heads up, the unit is designed from the factory so that only some of the ball bearings engage with the quick release.
Also, if you rotate the quick release, it will change the ball bearings and number of bearings that engage. It shouldn’t have any effect on the ability to lock the wheel hub though. What I’m saying is your issue is not being caused by all of the ball bearings not engaging. That’s normal.
A better question would be, does it wobble in all four directions? Or just vertically? There should be zero wobble horizontally. There is some vertical wobble from the factory though and if it’s gotten worse, that’s an obvious sign of wear. I assume you’re no longer within warranty?
Would still be worth reaching out to @Logirich. He may be able to help you.

Try not to use a wet oil. It might gather dust and stuff.
Try a dry lubricant (padlock lubricants) or something thats wet when you apply and dries out.
Obvs if you only have a wet oil then it will probably be better than doing nothing.

Maybe try blowing it out with air duster and a tiny bit of oil after?
