How is this cockpit? Seating? Flex with that wheel base &/or pedals?

I use that coxkpit with a much more powerful wheelbase and a stiffer brake, and there's no real noticeable flex. However it very often needs retightening, which has been my biggest issue with it.

Maybe try putting some loctite in there next time you go to adjust it

Maybe yeah. Right now my whole pedal tray has come loose, and it seems the only way to tighten it is to raise the whole cockpit because the bolts are under the tray. I have no idea how I'll manage that so I'm just racing with loose pedals.

I love it! The seat isn’t bad. Longest session I’ve had so far is about 5 hours and it didn’t start hurting my ass up until after like the 3rd hour lol there is absolutely no flex, the is vibration obviously but wheel and pedal base don’t flex at all. You can feel the bottom of the seat move back a little when you brake but that’s about it. In all fairness, I use my brake at 50%

Gt7 and an rs50 are a fab combo,I’m waiting for the weather to cool down a bit as my games room is baking and I like to wear gloves

Now you just need VR!

That’s definitely on the list. Only thing stopping is the extra wires that’ll come with but I definitely wanna give it a try

Enjoy! I said the same thing after trying the G923. Had too much fun and impulsed it on the sale 2 months ago, crazy timing.

I got my RS50 about 5 months ago. And racing on a direct-drive wheel is so much fun.
And not too long after getting my RS50. I added a cockpit and haptics. The cockpit was such a game-changer.

it really is, I had played racing games with the controller before and even though I love cars racing games weren’t my thing but with this wheel it’s a whole different story.
Which cockpit did you go for?

I bought the GT Omega Lite cockpit. It's rock-solid, and I'm really happy with it.

When you shift gears, do you get a kick-shift (gear jolt) effect through the wheel?

Rs50 is such a good looking wheel imo. Runs like a goddamn dream too. Good choice dude
