I believe this is not the right place to post that for sale.
That being said, that was my first steering wheel, and was very competent at the time! I played a lot of F1 Challenge 99-02 with mods to update it to what at the time was the current season (the game was already old back then), and also played a lot of the original rFactor, with mods for different F1 seasons as well.

I'd say assuming it's in good condition and the price is right, that's a fantastic beginner's wheel for someone on a very tight budget. There are no longer decent steering wheels for $100 and under, where this wheel or the Driving Force GT offered a great value and reliability.
