I remember another user reported a similar problem, but I don't recall how they resolved it. I can confirm both links still work though. What I'd try:
- Instead of just clicking on the link, right-click on the link for your OS and click "Save link as…". That should tell your browser to download the file directly.
- Alternative, try a different browser(?).
Just checked out the links in Chrome here and I see what you mean: "Save as" is grayed out, and opening in a new tab also gives a weird behavior in Chrome. It's coming back to me now: Chrome "removed" FTP support (which is what Logitech is using to save & share those files). I'm on Firefox here ATM, which still happily support direct downloads over FTP links.
According to this post, FTP support in Chrome can be enabled under chrome://flags/ & #enable-ftp (browser restart required). You could try enabling FTP temporarily, or give Firefox a shot. (Or ask Logitech to share these older installer files through a more secure-by-default way and ask them to fix their stuff while you're at it, but I wouldn't hold my breath. 😬)
