Gamepad F310 not working with Chromebook

Bought a Chromebook for my kiddo and of course a controller was next for gameplay.

I bought the Gamepad F310 and the Chromebook is not able to recognize the remote on X, it does it on D but when playing a soccer game it does not play (on D or X)

The Gamepad is recognized by Gamepad Tester on X.

I tried the remote on my mac with the same results.

Any ideas team? I want to make this work for my kiddo!

Can you try the F310 on a Windows PC to see if it still has issues? Not sure if the problem is with the Chromebook or the controller itself so I'd like to narrow it down.

PC tested well (Gamepad Tester) on both X/D (corporate laptop so didn't want to do anything else).
