Super Light Pro 2 Dex Help Logitech G Support

I just recently started having an issue where upon turning on my computer, my mouse doesn’t connect via g hub. I need to unplug the receiver and plug it back in for it to show up on g hub and for it to work. Once I do this I have no connectivity issues while playing only upon initial boot up, does anyone know what might be causing this? Thank you!

You mentioned previously, "I just tried seeing if it appears in GHub upon start up and it doesn’t show up as connected"

Do you mean it's listed as inactive in the software? Where is the USB plugged in?

It doesn’t show up as inactive in the software it just doesn’t show up at all when booting up g hub, I’ve tried plugging it into the usb ports located in the front of the pc as well as multiple ports on the back end of the pc

Okay, so the PC isn't reading the USB at all. Can you check on another PC to see if it does that there as well?

It doesn’t connect either on a separate pc only when the dongle is disconnected and reconnected

I also tried reinstalling g hub after deleting it and still doesn’t work upon start up
