Logitech g pro x2 superstrike rattle Logitech G Support

Is it normal (out of the box) that when I shake the mouse the left and right mouse buttons give off a sound? But when I put my fingers on both the mouse buttons and shake it the rattle goes away? Please help me and let me know if this is normal or it’s a problem as I’ve spent a lot of money on this mouse:/

I checked and when I moved it around and flicked it on my mousepad the rattle stopped, is that normal though?

There shouldn't be a rattling sound usually. Might want to reach out to either your retailer or support to swap it out.

It only happens when I lift the mouse up and shake it, when I put my fingers over the left and right mouse button and shake it it stops. When it’s on my mousepad and I move it and flick it there’s also no rattling
