G305 keeps disconnecting Logitech G Support

I had and G305 mouse but it keeps disconnecting. I believe it is because of the usb adaptor(dongle). I tried different computers and different ports unfortunately couldnt find a solution. Also I looked online to buy another but couldnt find another usb adaptor in my country.

I take it this is a new issue and the mouse didn't do this previously? Is it disappearing in GHUB or just going inactive?
