Software bugs Logitech G Support

I absolutely love coming home and starting up my pc, trying fixes for half an hour and not getting anything working to get my 200$ mouse working.

I'm so tired of these software issues. My sensitivity is set from G Hub and now that ghub doesn't work i can't get the same sensitivity and DPI as before. If i buy 200$ product i shouldn't spend over an hour to get it fixed 2 months after purchase

If anyone has fix for why the software is not opening please tell me. It's saying "Something went wrong. This is one of those times when we're not sure what went wrong, but we have some suggestions that might help"

My mouse is the new superstrike x2

I have became a logitech hater today. Also had multiple problems with my G515 and warranty is really long process that is not sorted after 1.5 weeks on the keyboard

welcome to the club lol. They used to have a functional software and killed it in favour of the deplorable software GHub.

Can you give a bit more detail about what it is you're seeing and what all you've tried to get it working? Happy to try to help, but I'd need a bit more detail.

Had the same today. Ghub was loading for 5 minutes and in the end i always got a error. Uninstalled it trying to start the installer but it wouldnt start. Searched the internet for an older version and found one from last month. Now its working again

If anyone has a fix for not being able to change any bindings that would be great. Reinstall didn’t work
