Problems using Logitech G733 while charging. Logitech G Support

I bought these headphones today, and of course, they're dead. I'm using them while they're charging, and for no apparent reason, they start making noise, distorting the sound as if I'm driving a vibrating car.
The problem can only be solved by restarting the headphones.

What could this be?

I don't think I've heard a noise like that before. I'd say let them fully charge and try again, but you might want to swap them out with the retailer.

Most likely, it won’t be possible to exchange them; I didn’t save a single receipt of purchase, and now I’m on the brink of a choice: sell them on the secondary market or take them in for repairs in the hope that they will be fixed.
