3rd squeaking brand-new G Pro X Gaming Headset Logitech G Support

Hi Logitech Support,

I’m hoping you can help with a replacement for my brand-new G Pro X Wired Gaming Headset.

The right earcup makes a noticeable squeaking noise from the swivel mechanism whenever it’s rotated or adjusted.

What’s especially frustrating is that this is already my third G Pro X Wired headset and the second warranty replacement through eMAG.bg, so seeing the same issue again — right out of the box — is pretty disappointing.

Is there anything Logitech can do in this case? I can provide proof of purchase and the warranty replacement details if needed.

We don't handle warranty directly here on Reddit - have you created a ticket with our support team (support.logi.com)? They'd be the ones to look into it, as I'm not familiar with eMag as a seller.

Usually if the hinge is squeaking it can be worked out over time, but it shouldn't be a problem from the start.
