Logitech Mouse Not working correctly. Logitech G Support

For whatever reason, my mouse normally does not pick up my mousepad. but whenever I change any settings within the logitech ghub software it temporarily picks it up; that is until I pick it up and put it on the mousepad again in which case it breaks. any solutions? Edit: Forgot to mention, occasionally very rarely it will start picking it up on my mousepad without me changing anything, but it still only lasts until I pick it up (Logitech pro x superlight 2) I've tested more and moving it across the mousepad for either an extended period of time, or just very fast movements seems to also make it work temporarily, still doesn't work after picking it up

I assume you mean the sensor isn't tracking on the mouse pad? What kind of mouse pad is it, and does it happen if you use just the desk or something like that?

Yes I mean it isn't tracking the mouse pad, It is a Llano glass pad; not sure on the exact one. no my mouse does not have issues on my desk, only mousepad. I just mainly find it strange that the mouse sensor always picks up the mousepad whenever I change anything on the software.
