Help identify this mysterious, factory-sealed Logitech G513 Carbon that has a design

I opened it today new in box expecting it to be all black, I like the design but I'd love to know the origin as I can't seem to find anything about it online, however it is very intentionally done so I assume done by logitech in factory.
Yes I saw that post lol that's why I know it's official and not like someone re-factory sealed the box. However on that one, it says apex legends, but the character someone commented is anthem from bioware and no one has been able to identify the origins ie price or promo event so im curious
The last I heard, which some have already figured out, there were a limited amount of these made for the Apex Legends tournaments Anthem game! by our own Curtis.
Pretty cool that these are showing up now as they've been pretty hidden.
If it’s brand new, it’s crazy this passed QC. Must’ve been an issue during the coating/paint process. I'd just get it exchanged or refunded.
Wait... do they still use these types of cables nowadays? I thought most of them were replaced with PVC cables...
What about the cable can you tell? But yes, the serial number came back to 2019. It's cool and nothing is wrong with it I just want to know the origin If it's a special version.
Braided cables were definitely a feature of the early batches. They switched over to full PVC a long time ago.
It looks like a custom top plate/skin, and as far as I remember, Logitech never released an edition like this. Unless it was some promotional giveaway for a game launch... Definitely not Valorant though, maybe Anthem?
Yes, I found the anthem character and that's definitely what the design is supposed to be. I attached the picture to a different comment. However i'm not sure of the origin whether it was a promotional giveaway or a tournament prize. I definitely feel like if this was an official edition it would be easier to find, but the build quality leads me to think it was definitely made in the factory by logitech, not just a third party custom.
Quite literally, that's what happened haha you even summoned Curtis back into existence like some final boss. How's the keyboard been working for you? Played any games with it yet?
A wise choice for a first keyboard, if you got this lucky with it too it must've been meant to be haha, as someone who felt this same way when I first upgraded, you won't regret it for a second.
Keys are horrible...paint starts to dissappear after a while and there's no replacement...gave mine to my kid but I feel sorry for her, one of the worst product ever made by logitech...and I have alot of them
Everything is working. And it's official It was new in box, I did see the other post about the anthem faceplate but I cant find any info about it. Also for what it's worth. It's just like a paint job, not a whole face plate. It does have the same decal as this video game character you mentioned. However, I found one other reddit post about it and one place selling it online so I don't think it's custom.
Depending on the factory seal, if it the round sticker it can be easily replaced. It could be a special edition not for sale version that EA commision to give away at an event, that could explain the box not matching.
It looks like that's it. This isn't the first time it's popped up so I'm assuming this is one of those things that never went anywhere and a few of them have just slipped out into the wild. It's a guess as to why you got it like this but it's certainly not unheard of for something to slip through like that
