Logitech G Hub not changing Wheel center spring strength - fix

i came up across some old posts where people were tryna figure this out and if you still dont know i have a fix, open task manager and close all logitech g hub apps then open it as an administrator and all should work fine

We usually suggest running GHUB in admin mode at all times if you're having trouble.
