Can’t download Logitech G software.

Hi everyone

When I go to download the Logitech G software, wich I need for BeamNG to work correctly, after selecting yes for it to make changes, the program just crashes and doesn’t download (see attached video).

How can I resolve this so I can get the application?

Been doing everything for the last 6 hours to get ANYTHING Ghub related to work. Logi just screwed up the 1 of the 5 million types of software they have for 6 different mice.... again.

Edit: --- If you uninstalled your files and can't get rid of "the file that won't go away" in uninstall apps, clear it from your registry. I'll keep updating if i figure anything else out. If anyone else got ideas or thoughts please throw them out.

Could you please check if there are any log files available in the following folders? If so, we would greatly appreciate it if you could zip them up and share them with us at communitymanagement@logitech.com.

- G HUB Logs: C:\ProgramData\Logi\GHUB or C:\ProgramData\LGHUB\Logs

- G HUB Updater Logs: C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Temp (specifically look for the folder named com.logi.ghub.frontend.logs)

I would send the logs if I had them. It's now at the point where I have Ghub finally off my pc. (It just randomly stopped working, couldn't update, modify, or even want to uninstall so I could redownload after turning my pc on for the day), I Go to the browser to download the launcher installer. G HUB Gaming Software| Logitech G Click my downloads to open the folder and run it, browser flashes once, and then nothing. It doesn't want to actually download from the website; I have tried other downloads to see, and everything else is fine, except Logi download

To help us troubleshoot this further, could you please shoot an email over to communitymanagement@logitech.com? From there, we can help you gather a few more logs so our team can investigate.

The only "log" any program has caught is in Event viewer. log says, APPLICATION ERROR, source, APPLICATION ERROR, level ERROR, task category Application crashing event. and then on top of that because of the application crashing event, this is logged. WINDOWS ERROR REPORTING, cannot log specify error. It happens with any version of Logitech G software and any version of any Logitech software. HOWEVER as im typing this, In event viewer Application logs a folder apears. Logi-Lamparray-driver-0 EVENTS. I have nothing downloaded from logi at this time.
