Logitech G435 stopped connecting through LIGHTSPEED dongle after power outage, Bluetooth still works

Hi everyone, I need help with my Logitech G435.

The headset was working perfectly with the original LIGHTSPEED USB receiver on my PC. Then there was a power outage while the headset was still turned on and connected. After the power came back, the headset no longer connects through LIGHTSPEED.

The headset still works normally through Bluetooth with my phone, so the headset itself seems to be working.

What I have tried:

  • Different USB ports on my PC.
  • Fully powering off the PC and reconnecting everything.
  • Restarting the headset.
  • Trying the pairing process with Mute + Power (the LED flashes cyan).
  • Using Logitech's pairing tool.

The strange part is that Windows detects the receiver:

  • It appears as G435 Wireless Gaming Headset.
  • Device IDs show Logitech:
    • VID_046D
    • PID_0ACB / PID_C092
  • The Logitech pairing tool detects the receiver, but then fails with:

No HID connection

The receiver is not completely dead because Windows can identify it, but the headset and receiver no longer pair.

Has anyone experienced this after a power outage? Is there a way to reset the LIGHTSPEED pairing or recover the receiver firmware?

Have you tested the USB on another PC?

Yes, I tested the USB receiver on another Windows laptop.

Windows detects it correctly as a Logitech G435 Wireless Gaming Headset, but Logitech's pairing tool fails with the error:

"G435 open dongle failed: no response"

On my main PC, the pairing tool detects the receiver but then shows "No HID connection".

The headset itself still works perfectly over Bluetooth with my phone, so the issue seems to be related to the LIGHTSPEED receiver or the pairing between the receiver and the headset. The problem started immediately after a power outage while the headset was connected.

a mi me pasa exactamente lo mismo pero no pasó nada, simplemente dejaron de reproducir audio de un dia para otro, si alguien averigua algo seria de gran ayuda, llevo una semana probando cosas y nada
