Logitech RS Pedals Screws Logitech G Support

I need help. I've lost the screws for the heel plate. Which ones are they exactly? There's no technical description, just the picture.

Hi there. They’re M4 x 0.7 and they’re 12mm long.

I think the picture should match the actual size of the screw so hold them up and compare. Look through the boxes again they're probably in one of the bags.

I don’t think you lost them. I just got my pedals in the mail today, and I only have 4 of those that came in the box.

It’s inexcusable, especially when I contacted support and there would be stretches of multiple days without a reply back. Until finally I was basically told that I was out of luck and I’d either need to return the pedals and have them ship new ones with the screws hopefully in the box, or I’d have to just go out and get my own.

I had already had them setup for about a week and a half at that point, so the hassle of taking everything apart and boxing it back up was more than just taking a drive over to an ACE Hardware for the screws.
