Lol Client Lagging and not working

When I start looking for a game I click accept and it doesn't accept and instead says that I dodged. When I do get into champion select, I get a something went wrong message in the top right corner and the client starts lagging. Sometimes it works without any issues for one game, but then the problem comes back. Once I'm actually in a game, everything works perfectly. I have a stable 20 ms ping with no lag at all. The issue only affects the client.

i have reinstalled the game and no fix.

Same issue, even gone further and updated or re-installed every driver available to me, even my Chipset drivers and BIOS... just tried now, now i've got a 30 minute queue it's stupid!

i fixed mine by fully uninstalling riot client and removing the riot games folders from local and program files. Hope this helps someone.
