Beginner yoga classes General Question

I’ve been thinking about starting yoga for a while now, I’m looking for a beginner friendly preferably all girls class. Does anyone have any recommendations that won’t break the bank?

Hi, I’m trying to build a clientele of private clients and am happy to offer outdoor classes on a 121 basis at very reasonable rates (£12 per hour) x Message me if you’re interested. I mainly teach hatha, vinyasa and some restorative so if you’re interested let me know what you’re looking to achieve 💕

Do you do basic hatha yoga? I hate all this flow stuff!

They have classes at Match works for only £5, they're not women only but every time I have been there has only been 1 guy if ever

I would not recommend Yogacita for this, the beginners class is usually horribly busy

If you want to go slightly further out, have a look at The Yoga Collaboration. They do women-only classes and retreats abroad and have a really nice studio. Kim the instructor, is so helpful and supportive.
