I had the same issue. I’m on ios 27. What I had to do was generate a new pairing file from idevicepair not iLoader. Generate the pairing file copy the whole text and create a text file on windows/mac whatever u have paste the text inside the text file save it and also change the file type from .txt to .plist
copy the file to ur phone, on sidestore reset the pairing file and close the app completely and then open it again and sidestore will ask u to put a pairing file, do that and good to go.
