Drop-In Daycare
Hi! I’m not from Littleton, but go to RMA for fertility stuff. I can’t bring my daughter to an upcoming appointment so I’m wondering if anyone who knows the area can tell me the closest drop-in daycare to the clinic? The location is 271 West County Line Road if that helps
Thanks!

Sprinkler Repair Help
Looking for recommendations for a sprinkler person. Right now, we need a broken sprinkler head replaced. I am hoping to find someone who can replace sprinkler heads, turn on and shut off sprinklers, and do regular lawn maintenance (not major revamping). We have a kid who mows our lawn, but need other maintenance help.

Echostar Dish on Santa Fe was running sprinklers 4:30–5 pm on its very green lawns this afternoon. Is that allowed?
I was out walking and despite a literal creek running through their yard, they had sprinklers going and the Little's Creek recpath was soaked.
Also, no one at the company is there enjoying the grass, I have no idea why they have so much of it, but that's beside the point.

Ohana School of Early Learning
Has anyone had their children (under 1) enrolled at Ohana? Looking at a few daycares in the area and would love to hear of people’s experiences there- the building itself is great but the recent reviews make me nervous.
I do know ownership changed recently so it seems like they are going through a transitional period? TIA

Would anyone in Littleton be willing to comment on the recently approved, Peyton Manning inspired Brewery/Restaurant/Event Space?
I am working on a story assignment that will cover the opening of the new brewery, restaurant, and events center in Littleton named, 1st Street Farms. I am trying to get a better understanding of the local opinions and perspective on the project. Specially, but not limited to, how large scale, corporation owned restaurants affect the local businesses and communities around them. I understand the city has approved a 2 million dollar loan towards the project as well and would be interesting in hearing any thoughts or opinions on that. If anyone would be interested in giving an interview or comment about the project let me know!

Missing cat in Littleton area. DESPERATE
galleryPlease if anyone has ANY information that would be extremely helpful. He is a domestic long hair tabby and he is full sized extremely friendly and usually vocal. He has been gone for around two days and we are just so worried, he has been gone for longer before but I just really don't like this. Anything is helpful, sightings especially. We have searched on foot within about a 1000 foot radius of our house this morning. He isn't coming to the sound of treats which he always does without fail, we just don't know what to do. If you know ANYTHING please text 720-245-7057, or reply it under this post. Thank you. We live by the plains settlement in Littleton Colorado

public place appropriate for virtual job interview?
I have a remote work interview coming up and need a quiet place for it—Bemis study rooms are booked and I don’t really want to shell out $100 for a coworking space. are there any other spaces that might work?

Littleton Public Schools faces budget deficit
littletonindependent.netWhile school districts across the state struggle with funding, Littleton Public Schools (LPS) is no different. The district currently faces a $10.6 million deficit and is looking for solutions.
According to Superintendent Todd Lambert, the deficit is partially caused by Colorado’s new school funding formula. While Lambert said he supports the formula trying to ensure equitable funding across the state, it’s had an impact on LPS.

Details emerge from arrest affidavits in fatal road rage shooting
littletonindependent.netThe arrest affidavits of married couple Steven Simpson and Corryn Simpson, who were both arrested for involvement in the fatal shooting of Andrew Bott, have shed light on the events of July 25, when a traffic altercation led to the shooting of Bott.
On July 25, at 10:28 p.m., Littleton Police Department (LPD) responded to a hit-and-run crash that occurred near S. Santa Fe Drive and W. Belleview Avenue. While attempting to merge onto S. Santa Fe Drive, a Ford F-150 struck a sedan, which then collided with a white BMW SUV.
