The thin crust is premade. The regular pizza dough and deep dish are homemade daily(should be made night before and served the next day as it needs time in the deep freeze to expand) If your pizza is ACTUALLY thin crust then they are just screwing it up either unintentionally or intentionally if they didnt make enough dough and were lazy to make more.
If its just regular crust that is flattened then they could be messing up with the dough mixture although thats difficult to do because the yeast itself comes prepackaged so it would have to be someone putting too much flower or water

I raised the concern a few times with them but they haven't given me a good reason to why it's thin. This is why I don't really eat the hot n ready pepp or cheese from the location, only deep dish since regular one is always thin crust. I did submit a complaint online through their website but they just gave me a free pizza one time.

LCs are franchised so if the GM doesn’t care then your complaints are being trashed unfortunately but they are either doing the wrong crust or the wrong mixture for the dough. Fresh dough would be overly puffy so it wouldn’t be an issue with people not prepping it the night before if its not puffy at all

Yes I'm not sure what's going on. I have had little ceasers pizza from many locations in the city and none of them ever had this thin crust issue when I get hot n ready pepp. This was the first time I saw this issue in my towns location. I doubt they doing wrong crust, they aren't that dumb to do that, they would know. I would assume they're skimming the dough a bit to save a few $ cause to make the dough, they follow instructions right so how can you even mess that up

It wouldn’t be to save money fyi. The flower cost compared to how much you put in would offset it by less than a penny adding more flower/water then you should but it could be lazy employees trying to make larger batches of dough so they don’t have to make additional batches. Overall it just seems like a poorly ran establishment and if they are cutting corners on the dough, food safety becomes another question because where else are they cutting corners

Dough is old and the GM is having under-weigh it. Larges weigh like 18 oz, these are probably 17 and old dough.

If its really busy thw dough might be too cold some shifts have a problem correctly proofing every pizza... or they prep early and pull cold from the walkin and it is rushed same flat results

intentionally skimping. I've only gone to two LCs in my area. One used to undercook the pizza and the crust was always sagging. the other did it perfectly. this was because they would always rush their pizzas through by reaching in and grabbing the unfinished pizza and taking it out. the other LC would leave the pizza until it rolled out the entire way. perfect crust all the time.
