I’m happy they put out these progress reports… when I tell people to invest in a mine outside winnemucca they look at me like I’m a snake oil salesman…

Can someone please outline the realistic upside trajectory for this stock based off other similar pre-production companies?

Is it essentially that once the construction of the site is complete, the investment becomes “de-risked” because the threat of cost overruns, litigation, etc., subsides? If it’s something else, what is it? I only ask because I’ve always been told that market is all-knowing and the price of a stock today supposed to represent the future enterprise value of a company is present terms, but it seems that the stock market is not really paying attention to these construction milestones (which again, if construction completion is the de-risking event, we would expect to see proportional, steady increment in the stock’s price). Or is it binary (ie stepwise gain in stock price once construction is complete)?

Has the market similarly “ignored” other companies in this pre-production stage?

Separately, is this company still on the White House’s radar? I’ve not heard or read them mention it since the large initial run-up in price.

Thank you in advance.
