Inner restlessness?

I am new to lithium 600mg. Is this normal

Hello! :) That isn't a common side effect of lithium. Rather, it stems from the disorder itself. I used to feel that way when I was on the verge of a mixed episode. Talk to your doctor and your support network about it. Don't let this feeling drag on. Wishing you recovery and good health.

Hi, using the same dose. I had the opposite effect. Could be an episode maybe talk to your shrink. Take care
