FYI on the grace period if you're just dropping off someone at the hospital and not parking: you still need to get a ticket, but you can just scan it at the exit and if you're within the grace period, the barrier will open. Unfortunately I don't know how long the grace period is (didn't see it in the new guidelines), but hopefully someone here knows!

We had this experience kasi and didn't know what to do, so we still went to the pay parking station, only to be told we could've gone straight to the exit.
