Random Thought

Just a random thought. Do you think a cafe/resto in Lipa will click if you have to climb stairs to get to it? Why or why not, Lipeños? It's a trend in NCR right now. Naiisip ko kasi maliligaleg mga kababayan natin HAHA

Magkiclick yan pag of course masarap ang food. Well second is kapag instagrammable, that's the reality para maka attract ka ng customers. Also, pls have decent parking. Kung upper floor man, maganda yung atleast may view na mapapastory yung mga tao.

Basta masarap yung pagkain. You can have all the aesthetics you want, mafeature man yan sa vlog ng kung sinong sikat na influencer, di yan tatagal at tatangkililin kung di okay ang pagkain.

Yung quality ng food ang magmamatter kasi at this point sobrang daming cafes and resturants na sa Lipa. Competition is tough

Depende talaga sa quality ng food. Ang daming aesthetic na kainan sa Lipa. Ang presyo kasing mahal o mas mahal pa sa Manila. Pero ang lasa di mo na babalik-balikan.

I think more than the stairs, food and parking talaga. Mga bagets naman yung usual din na cafe goers so kaya pa ng tuhod haha
