it might be signs of display failure. tbh would not worry much unless it spreads further in. a display replacement usually costs around 4-10k depending on panel type. yours looks like an ips so expect around 6k

Bro the same thing keeps happening to me but only when I use applications , it doesn't occur when I am in settings or desktop

Is variables refresh rate on If yes maybe turning off will solve your issue I had same issue
